Am I at sea? No, but I do feel afloat, drifting, with no set course at the moment. Any minute now i'll feel motivated to put my thoughts into writing and a post will emerge that's worthy of reading. Until then know that all is well. I just didn't want the month of December to pass without at least one post. Don't worry, i'm reading your posts and staying up to date.
Stay Tuned.
Thanks for Visiting Living In The Land of Oz
Nice to see a post from you, I was getting worried especially hearing about all the fires that you have over there. Glad to know it is nothing more serious than writers block. Hope you all had a good Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThanks for still being there Anne. The fires are only about an hour from me but im well into suburbia. Its such a shame that such a beautiful location was lost just in peak time.
DeleteGlad to hear from you and that things are okay, Lynda. Yes, it was so sad about the fires but that is Australia. Drought and fires each year it seems. Thankfully lots of back burning seems to be done in Qld each year but with the drought I am not sure there is much to burn anyway although the NW is now getting some much needed rain. All the best for 2016 my friend!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your support. Yes, that is Australia im afraid but its still the best of the best (as far as i am concerned). I think the council's need to allow the residents in bush areas to clear some of the trees close to their properties. I know there are very strict restrictions but it is often a matter of tree's versus human lives.
DeleteHi Lynda,Glad you are not near the fires, that was a terrible shock to turn on the tv and hear of that devastation, we often don't hear the news for days at a time..
ReplyDeleteI don't keep up with all the blogs as much as I would like but now we are slowing down a little I may get a little more down time to keep in touch with people a little more.
Happy new year Lynda , look forward to following more often
Cheers
Jane

Thanks Jane, i dont know why im in a lull at the moment. Nothing major has happened but i seem to be on go slow. Perhaps its just the silly season and now that i am back at work i'll get back into routine.
Deletelol - how well i know the "time lapsed writing" bit! glad you are busy - i am trying to get regular posts going again - i started a little consignment shop in my town the first of september - our youngest son is graduating from high school, so the shop is my anti-empty nest syndrome! wishing you a very joyfilled and happy new year, my dear!
ReplyDeleteWow, i want to hear more about the consignment shop. Now!
DeleteGlad to see your post popping up my feed.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Lynda
and to you as well. I have a feeling its going to be a big year of change for our family.
DeleteWell, there's more to life than blogging, LOL. Enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteI know that feeling Lynda, sadly I have not even found time until now to check in a see what everyone has been up to. Glad to hear all is well I do worry about my bloggy friends like you down south in summer.
ReplyDeleteNo wonder you haven't been blogging. It's too hot.
