The Face of a Killer

That's right, this angelic looking face belongs to a killer - her weapon of choice (today) is Death By Chocolate.  Not a quick painless death with no suffering involved but a long slow death from having consumed too many calories in a single slice.   One that adds inches to your hips (that will probably take years to remove) whilst giving only a moment of pleasure on your lips. 

Bella (my niece) made the following as a birthday gift at tonights family BBQ.   One which my Mum and sister (Glenda) travelled 6 hrs to be at.  Who is feeling very loved right now?

 
Ready for it:

The base is Chocolate Brownie
The next layer is Toblerone Cheesecake
The next layer is White Chocolate Cheesecake
The topping is Chocolate Ganache
Garnished with shaved Chocolate

There are not enough adjectives to describe how good this tasted. Very rich and only a small slice can be tolerated in one sitting but im sure i'll find a way to consume a second slice tomorrow.   Its my cake OK!
